Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the order by contacting Valentine Couture Support. Provide your order information for verication. Items should be returned in their original, unworn condition, with all tags and original packaging, including any additional items or gifts. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise stated by Valentine Couture. A pre-paid label will not be provided for returns; customers must arrange and pay for their return shipping. Keep the return tracking number for your records; Valentine Couture cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged returns without proof of shipment. Upon receipt and inspection of the return, we will process your refund or store credit, depending on your preference or the store’s policy.
